Oma digs Hummers

Last weekend we had the pleasure of playing host to Oma and Opa for a few days. We had a wonderful time, ate delicious fish, played at the playground, installed a shower on the balcony, visited Marbella and gambled.

This is Opa operating his gilthead bream (goudbrasem)...it was just like Dr. Derek Shepherd performing brain surgery.
On our trip to Marbella it turned out that Oma really digs Hummers, she saw one and demanded we take a picture of her and Mr. Hummer.

The Hummer beast is black, and we were in an underground car park, which adds to the dramatic effect of this photo. But just look at the sheer look of utter excitement on Oma's face...

A nice after-dinner stroll with mummy and daddy, who's had a rather drastic haircut.

And to top off a nice weekend, a nice refreshing swim...
